We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you via our website. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

 

When you arrive for an appointment, you will be required to fill out a consultation form declaring and health conditions or medications you are taking and some of this information may be classed as Sensitive Data. This information is required as part of the contract between us to ensure it is safe for you to have your chosen treatment.  Any personal or sensitive information you provide at your appointments either in writing or verbally is kept securely and is strictly confidential. This Sensitive Data is not shared with any third parties unless it is required by law. The information you provide will be reviewed at all subsequent appointments to confirm any changes. 

 

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.
