Important Information

Treatment Suitability

You must be aged 18 or over to make an appointment with Rebecca.  Some treatments/services are available for persons under 18 however they must be accompanied by an adult at their appointment and parental consent will be required.  All treatments/services are available to men and women.  Massages are available to new male clients via personal referral only.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to complete a consultation form declaring any medical conditions or medications you are taking.  This is to ensure it is safe for you to have your chosen treatment.  In some cases it may be necessary to modify your treatment, or treatment may be refused if it is in your best interests to do so.  If it is not possible for you to have your chosen treatment due to medical reasons, I will offer an alternative whenever possible.  

 

To avoid disappointment, if you are receiving medical treatment or taking prescription medication, I recommend checking with your doctor or consultant prior to booking any massage or spa treatments. If you'd like to discuss any concerns with me prior to your appointment, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to help.  

If you suffer with any product allergies please let me know in advance of your appointment so that I can check the products I have here for you and source any alternatives if required.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.  Please be aware I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment.  In the event that you send/leave a message to cancel, I will always contact you as soon as possible to confirm that your cancellation has been received.  If your request to cancel is not received, the cancellation policy will still apply.  

 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the total booking cost, to be paid within 7 days from the date of cancellation.  In the case of multiple cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, advanced payment will be required before confirming any future bookings.  Any cancellations where less than 2 hours notice is given will be classed as a missed appointment and the following policy will apply.

Missed Appointments

To ensure you do not forget your appointment and to avoid any confusion, I will be happy to write out an appointment card for you or confirm your appointment in writing either by text or email.  In addition, I will always send you a text or email on the morning of your appointment to confirm the time and treatments booked.  

Appointment Changes

If you wish to make any changes to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.  All appointment changes are subject to appointment/product availability.  If you provide less than 24 hours notice to change the treatments you have booked, this may incur a £5 charge for any products/materials/time used in preparation for your original booking.  If you provide less than 24 hours notice to change to a shorter appointment, this will be classed as a partial cancellation and the cancellation fees above will apply for the cancelled time.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for an appointment I will deliver your full treatment whenever possible.  If this is not possible, I will deliver the maximum possible treatment time however the full treatment price will still be payable.

Sickness

If you have an appointment booked and you become unwell with a cold, flu or upset tummy, I recommend re-booking for when you are feeling well and can fully enjoy your treatment.  When you arrive for an appointment I will discuss any medical conditions that might affect your suitability for treatment.  If you are unwell with a cold, flu or upset tummy, having a treatment may not be in your best interests and so I may need to ask you to re-book for another day.

Group Bookings

The policies above also apply to group sound baths and meditation groups.  Advanced payments for group bookings are non-refundable, however the amount can be used towards future groups or alternative treatments/services providing at least 24 hours notice is given to cancel.  To avoid disrupting the group, doors will be locked 15 minutes after the advertised start time and anyone arriving after this time will not be able to join.

Plans, Packages & Courses


Plans, packages and courses are available for a number treatments/services and a discounted rate may be available.  All sessions booked as part of a plan, package or course must be taken within 6 months from the date of booking.  Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may invalidate the plan/package/course offer and cancellation fees will be deducted from the pre-paid amount. Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your plan, package or course.  All payments for plans, packages and courses are non-refundable.  If you wish to cancel your plan, package or course, the pre-paid amount remaining can be used towards alternative treatments/services of your choice within 12 months from the date of your original payment. 

Offers, Promotions & Discounts

Offers, promotions and discounts are available for a limited time only and are applicable only to appointments/orders made during the offer period.  Discounts cannot be applied to any treatments booked before or after the offer period, applied retrospectively, transferred to another person or purchased as a gift voucher.  If you have booked a discounted treatment but you need to cancel, the discount cannot be transferred to treatments re-booked at a later date.  Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount, unless otherwise stated within the specific offer details.  All offers, promotions and discounts are subject to appointment/product availability and are subject to change without notice.  Discounts will not be automatically applied, therefore please confirm if you wish to redeem a discount at the time of booking to ensure eligibility.  

Loyalty Cards

 

Collect a stamp for each full price treatment you receive.  When your card is full, present it at your next appointment to receive £5 off!  If you are unable to present your loyalty card, full payment will be required.  Your discounted treatment must be claimed within 12 months from the date of your first stamp.  Stamps are issued for full price treatments only and cannot be issued retrospectively.  

Referral Rewards

 

Introduce a friend and receive £5 off your next treatment!  This offer is available to existing customers only, in order to qualify for this offer you must have visited Rebecca for a full price treatment within the last 6 months.  This offer applies to one treatment only and your discounted treatment must be taken within 30 days after you friend’s first full price treatment.

Birthday Treats

 

Book an appointment to celebrate your birthday and receive 20% off!  This offer is available to existing customers only, in order to qualify for this offer you must have visited Rebecca for a full price treatment within the last 6 months.  Your Birthday Treat voucher will be sent to you via email, therefore you must be subscribed to monthly email newsletters to receive your Treat.  This offer applies to one treatment only and your discounted treatment must be taken during the month of your birthday.

Gift Vouchers

 

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.  The voucher value can be used towards any treatments of the recipient's choice.  Vouchers must be presented at your appointment in order to be used as payment.  If you are not able to present your voucher at your appointment, an alternative method of payment will be required.  All vouchers are non-refundable.
